Terms of Use.

Numa is developed by DevX Studio ([LEGAL ENTITY], Mexico). By using the app you accept these terms.

1. What Numa is

A tool to keep track of your money. It is not financial, tax or legal advice, nor a bank. Balances reflect what you and the automatic reader record and may differ from your bank’s. Always verify with your institution.

2. Automatic logging

Numa interprets third-party notifications. Reading can be wrong (amount, merchant, type). Review and correct your entries; we are not responsible for decisions made on misread data.

3. Your data

It is yours and lives on your device. You are responsible for your backups. Deleting the app or losing the device without a backup may lose your data.

4. Pro subscription

[TO CONFIRM: prices, periods, free trial]. Charged to your Apple account, auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and is managed in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Numa for unlawful activity or copy, decompile or resell the app.

6. Intellectual property

The app, brand and design belong to DevX Studio. You get a personal, limited, revocable license to use it.

7. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, DevX Studio is not liable for indirect losses or lost data.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the app; continued use means acceptance. You may stop using it at any time.
